Christine Weston Chandler, known to the internet as "Chris-Chan", may possibly be the single most documented human being to ever exist. Their antics have led to the creation of whole communities within the internet "Counter-Culture". This page exists only as a reference tool and partially to combat "whatabout-ism" from critics, and will only link to media that we believe best covers them in the most neutral or comprehensive manner.
Despite this person's current status, released from detention and back on social media, we do not see a reason to actively report on their whereabouts. Unless something of note happens, like they go to jail again or are in the mainstream news, please do not contact us about this person.
Other groups and individuals that are dedicated solely to reporting on this person and what they do are better outlets for whatever you have to tell us. As of October 2023, the fact that Christine is now back on social media platforms like Youtube and Twitter (now known as X by its current owner), has become a source of topical discussion.

At this time it isn't known if said person actually attends conventions. That being said, treat them like any other attendee, until they alone cause problems, and then do what you would do with any other attendee that causes problems. As for online activities, just leave them alone and your mental health with thank you.
On Gender Identity
Sometime between the years 2015-2017, This individual changed their name to "Christine" and began identifying themselves by traditionally feminine pronouns. That being said, there is both widespread misinformation out there on the internet about this individual AND said individual has a well-documented public history of mental illness. That being said, it is the official policy of Aegis Initiative, that whether genuine or not, we will recognize and honor this new identity, if for no other reason than that by doing so we are working with the most accurate, up to date information on this individual.
