Executive Summary Mr. Nguyen is believed to be a member of the Hanlon circle of associates, and as such is a threat beyond his own particular misdeeds.

Recommended Handling Methods: Pre-Emptive ban, do not allow attendance, do not use as volunteer

Description Mr. Nguyen is suspected of grooming multiple persons under the age of 18 for the purpose of getting nudes and sex out of them. He primarily did this through his work as an amateur photographer working at anime conventions

About a month ago (06/2020), Mr. Nguyen was called out by one of his accusers.

Furthermore, as described below, his behavior plays into a larger web of issues and enabling by influential friends.
