Executive Summary
Joseph Alan Sawyer is an example of the typical extreme behavior seen from fans of the infamous Voice Actor known as Vic Mignona in reaction to Mr. Mignona’s legal issues.
Despite the rather explicit nature of what is described in this dossier, Mr. Sawyer is not at this time considered a threat to the community by Project Sauron.
The purpose of this dossier is to serve as an example of how the “Risembool Rangers”, the ‘official’ name of Vic Mignona’s fan club, can sometimes react to criticism and negative press surrounding Vic Mignona and Supporters.

If ANY VIP scheduled to attend your convention has had significant negative interaction with Mr. Mignona, or has publicly criticized Mr. Mignona, do not allow this person to attend your convention.
If Vic Mignona is scheduled to attend your convention, do not allow this person to attend your convention.
Make sure photos of this person are shared with Guest Relation/VIP handler staff and assigned security details, should evidence exist that this person will attend.
Make sure “evac points” are established for VIP, with basic medical supplies, eventually leading to either a secured hotel room or a vehicle. Make sure this “evac route” is known ONLY to guest relation/VIP handler staff and assigned security details.

Description
In early August of 2018, Mr. Sawyer was witnessed making a rather emphatic promise to kill the “Feminazi Cunts” that were the source of his favorite Voice Actor’s troubles. He did this on a now-defunct Facebook page named “Ouran High School Host Club”.
The usual flamewar ensued when one makes such an emphatic death threat. In the midst of this flamewar, it was discovered that Mr. Sawyer had listed his full address in the “about me” section of his personal profile, making finding his exact location trivial.
Local police were contacted by multiple individuals, and the standard response given by local police was “We’re familiar with Joseph, we will follow up.”. It is entirely unknown at this time if Mr. Sawyer even received a welfare/mental health check from local law enforcement as a result of his actions. Further frustrating all who witnessed the incident, the page admin sided with Mr. Sawyer completely, adamantly stating that Mr. Sawyer agreeing to edit his comment was “good enough” for them, and claiming that all criticism of this decision was harassment and that everyone criticizing the page and Mr. Sawyer were just “haters”.
The page admin proceeded to ban anyone who so much as mentioned the incident.
No further information on Mr. Sawyer or the Facebook page exists, and it appears that the page where the incident took place has been completely wiped from Facebook entirely. It is likely that the page admins allowed similar behavior from other regulars, which eventually led to the Facebook “content moderation” team de-publishing and deleting the page for TOS violations.
At this time, no evidence exists that Mr. Sawyer intends to attend any convention or event in the immediate future, as soon as that changes, Project Sauron will update this page to reflect what new information we discover.
