Shamgar Jedidiah Connors is a computer literacy teacher and professional cosplayer hailing from Northern Virginia. In his free time, he is known to invite himself into seemingly random conversations on social media platforms and go on long, unhinged rants that have a decidedly right wing bent to them. For several years, Shamgar has had a hostile relationship with Project Sauron/Aegis Initiative volunteers and has even (allegedly) attempted to dox a few on KiwiFarms. These doxxing attempts have not had any noticeable impact on the lives of those mentioned, and we will not host links to them. Additionally, he was the sole person accusing Al Pisanelli of pedophilia, and as a result why these accusations were ignored. Thankfully, Al was arrested by federal authorities in 2021 during a child predator sting[1].

If the only person crying wolf is also telling you the wolf is a "woke communist with Trump Derangement Syndrome", you're far less likely to believe them, whether or not there actually is one.

Examples of misinformation

Evidence of unstable behavior during and after Colossalcon East 2018

The following screenshots and PDF show that Shamgar has a long history of disturbing behavior both in meatspace and on the internet.

"Magfest: THE UNOFFICIAL" vandalism

In September 2020, Shamgar and other unknown persons (or Shamgar using alt accounts) would vandalize the private Facebook group "Magfest: THE UNOFFICIAL". The vandalism would consist of changing the name of the group, locking out existing admins, un-banning Shamgar's friends, and posting various right-wing memes, some of which celebrated the deaths of protestors in Kenosha, WI earlier that year.[2]

Accusing Al Pisanelli

Shamgar at some point in 2020 would message a Project Sauron/Aegis Initiative volunteer and attempt to sweet talk the volunteer into publishing a product that would accuse Al Pisanelli of pedophilia. Notably, Shamgar would never publicly talk like this to any Project Sauron volunteer, would only produce two very blurry screenshots, and would not take whatever evidence he had to Law Enforcement before contacting us, nor would he disclose if he even tried to. In the aftermath, all volunteers for the Project refused to do anything with the screenshots other than to publicly disclose that they had been shared, and to tell the person accused that their only course of action was to retain a lawyer. This would not help the accused as Mr. Pisanelli was arrested in early 2021 during a police sting and then convicted of one count of second-degree child endangerment. He would be sentenced to 5 years in a state prison in New Jersey.[3] It would appear that, without access to private law enforcement records or court records (likely sealed, considering the subject matter), that this happened in spite of whatever both parties tried to do, and that the problem inevitably solved itself, without the need of the 'vigilante justice' that it is assumed Mr. Connors wanted this organization to engage in.

Media Coverage and Conclusion

Shamgar recently gained national media attention for, despite having Stage V Kidney Failure and needing a kidney transplant, refusing to take a COVID-19 vaccine in order to continue being on the local hospital's transplant list. As can be imagined, this action gained him quite a bit of infamy in right wing spaces. It is unclear at this time what Mr. Connors' condition is, or if he ever received a kidney transplant. From one of the below articles show Mr. Connors claiming that the hospital has dropped the vaccination requirement in the aftermath of media coverage, but whether or not this is true along with Mr. Connors' ultimate fate are irrelevant to the scope of this wiki page's focus. The lengths to which Mr. Connors is willing to go to maintain his beliefs and image further show that he is a true believer and political extremist, and therefore untrustworthy.
